Born and raised in Philadelphia, Mr. Fenerty, Sr. graduated from the Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was the Valedictorian of his class from LaSalle College.

Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Fenerty, Jr. graduated from the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, in 1992, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. Mr. Fenerty, Jr. is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
