Judge High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at La Salle University where he was honored as the Valedictorian of his graduating class. Mr. Fenerty received his legal training at the Temple University School of Law. Following graduation Mr. Fenerty served as the law clerk to Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice James T. McDermott, then judge of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
Mr. Fenerty is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the several courts of common pleas (trial courts) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Fenerty's litigation practice is devoted to the representation of Plaintiffs' with a focus in the areas of medical and dental malpractice, product defects liability, serious fall accidents, serious automobile accidents, and highway design and construction accidents.
